after taking a full day off from the studio and thinking about anything art related, i decided to clean and organized a couple things, and look back at a couple pieces that frustrated me, or had become a product of an accident in the past two weeks. taking time to appreciate the hidden beauty among these "ruined scraps".

all i had was wheels now it's all cylinders, and instead of focusing on the wrapping and having that become the texture and detail, i have gone back to my initial technique of removing paint. by carving, shaving, scratching, peeling, using xacto knives, box cutter blades, and dremel. it seems that each day i discover new textures, simply by the way i use the tools.
